Department of Informatic Engineering, Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Garut, Jl. Mayor Syamsu No. 1, Garut 44151, Indonesia
Abstract
Along with the development of technology that enters all walks of life including agriculture provides an opportunity for farmers to be able to trade agriculture directly because of the problems that occur in the distribution of agricultural products for quite a long time so that they are directly in hand. Consumers sometimes make farmers quite disadvantaged because they get income that is not comparable if sold directly to consumers (end users). But the limited space and lack of information make it a problem for farmers to sell it directly. E-commerce is one solution to this problem. E-Commerce is a forum that brings together sellers and buyers in buying and selling transactions directly using online electronic devices. The software development methodology used is the XP (Extreme Programming) method. The results of this study are in the form of e-commerce applications that can be used as a medium for promotion, communication, information and provide direct benefits to farmers and consumers. The application testing technique using the Black-Box Testing method is Equivalence Partitioning. The results of the study used a user questionnaire that the application had a percentage value of 88.84% included in the excellent category.

Abstract
Micro-expression recognition is one of the popular researches in analysing expressions on the face. Micro-expression is a facial movement that occurs in a short time and is difficult to identify manually by human eyes. In general research, facial landmarks are used to form a large size ROI for each facial feature for the feature extraction process. In this study, we utilize certain points in the face to trace the subtle motion of the face for the introduction of micro-expressions in the sequence of onset images to offset. The method of determining the landmark points to be compared is the Discriminative Response Map Fitting method and the Active Shape Model method. This research proposes to use 19 points in the area of the eyebrows, eyes, and mouth. To measure the subtle motion tracking of facial features in each frame tracking is done using the Kanade Lucas Tomasi method. The features obtained are the differences in coordinate values between frames, magnitude, and theta. We evaluated the method proposed in CASME2 and SAMM showed that using naive bayes is 74.6% and neural network is 63.5% classification accuracy in SAMM. In CASME2 using naive bayes is 79.6% and neural network is 61.1% classification accuracy.

STUDY OF IMAGE RECONSTRUCTIONS OF INDONESIA TRAFFIC SIGN USING CRIMINISI AND HUNG METHOD Rosa Andrie Asmara, Farihin Lazim, Faisal Rahutomo, Rudy Ariyanto, Cahya Rahmad, Usman NurHasan, Izzil muhiqqin
State Polytechnic Of Malang
Abstract
Image reconstruction of traffic signs serves to improve the image quality of traffic signs that are blocked by leaves or tree branches so that it can facilitate the process of detecting and recognition traffic signs. Inpainting is one of the image restoration methods to reconstruct images that have been damaged or the removal of unwanted objects where the area to be restored is based on information around the area. Criminisi introduces an inpainting method with an exemplar-based approach that combines the structure-oriented and texture-oriented scheme. While Hung popularized the Criminisi method and combined it with contour construction (bezier curve). The researcher tried to compare the two methods by using a number of images of traffic signs, one of them by using images with a size of 123 x 116 issuing the results of Mean Squared Error (MSE), the criminisi method gets results from MSE 69,70 while the hung method gets results from MSE 68,04 . Based on the reconstruction process of both shows the average hung method is smaller than the MSE results which means the closeness of the reconstruction results with the original image is closer to the hung method than the criminisi method.

Abstract
Sleep disorders is a disorder experienced by a person when the REM and NREM cycle don’t work normally. Prolonged sleep disorders can cause a variety of bad conditions such as depression, fatigue, reduce work, performance and endurance. It quickly offended till affect to our own safety. The latest study in 2018 conducted by Dr. Welly Sondakh, MPH in Jakarta revealed that there were 10% of people with insomnia from the Indonesian population or around 28 million people. The low public awareness of sleep disorders causes them to need alternative media, namely an expert system to diagnose sleep disorders. Expert system is a system that uses the knowledge of an expert to solve a problem in a particular field where the system is not limited by time and can be used by many people. The method used in this system is Certainty Factor as an inference engine to determine the results of the diagnosis based on the symptoms determined. The calculation of this method combines the MB (measure of increased belief) and MD (measure of increased disbelief) values obtained from experts. From 50 test data, 45 data were obtained so that the accuracy level reached 90%. This shows that the expert system of diagnosing sleep disorders is suitable for early diagnosis of sleep disorders

Abstract
Cathfish cultivation in Indonesia is a very promising business opportunity with a big profits. Every year, market demand continues to increase. However, this is contrary with the lack of catfish farmers knowledge, so that catfish yields are not optimal. This is because, for certain types of catfish such as Sangkuriang catfish, it is easy to contract certain diseases. This study aims to create an automated system that capable of detecting catfish disease based on its symptoms with image recognition techniques. Early detection of catfish disease can help to find out the causes and prevention, so that the yield remains optimally. The method that used in this study is Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for feature extraction in images combined with K-Nearest Neigbor (KNN) with Euclidean Distance to classify catfish diseases among others: white spots, edema (abdominal swelling), jaundice, and bent spinal disease (scoliosis and lordosis). Based on the results of the experiment using 30 images data for training and 20 images data for testing, 18 image data is classified correctly. This result proves that PCA and KNN able to detect catfish disease well with percentage of accuracy around 90%.

Abstract
The village is an area that has a low population density, homogeneous social interactions, works in the field of agriculture and is the lowest government body under the sub-district. The progress of a village varies, depending on its ease in exchanging resources for the lives of its people. Remote villages are villages that are difficult to exchange resources with other regions, so that growth is hampered. The presence of the internet is expected to be able to open access to information to empower disadvantaged villages, among others, by creating village websites. The website is one means of introducing villages to other regions, so that there is an exchange of products and cultures that increase the prosperity of the village. Based on this, the research aims to design a village website. The methodology used in this design uses the mechanism for designing object-oriented Unified Approach websites. This method provides two major stages, namely Object Oriented Analysis and Object Oriented Design, with the help of Unified Modeling Language modeling. The results of the study are village websites that provide information on agricultural products and processed products offered to other regions. Since this website can be accessed globally, information about the village can be spread throughout the world. Website information can be updated by village officials through training for six hours. System development can be done by providing consultation facilities between village officials and system makers. The conclusion of this study is that the village website produced can be used to provide information about the work of the village community so that it can be marketed to other regions. This website can also be integrated with school and marketplace web.

PGSD Sumedang, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia
Abstract
Introducing traditional musical instruments to the students in the digital era needs to be facilitated by utilizing several devices, such as a computer keyboard or a laptop as music controllers. By utilizing a computer keyboard as a music controller, the students can recognize the characteristics of sounds, and play melodies from traditional musical instruments in simpler ways. Therefore, this research aims at describing the utilization of Scratch application in controlling music production through a computer keyboard. Following are steps taken: (1) install the Scratch, (2) make the sound buttons, (3) input the sound from traditional musical instruments, and (4) set the sound buttons according to computer keyboard. The production of the music controller has resulted in teaching media used for introducing the sound of traditional musical instruments and playing a series of melodies based on the availability of tone structures in a computer keyboard. The melodies can be played in single-tone, two-tone, and/or more (chord) patterns. To conclude, the utilization of the Scratch as music controllers has potentially facilitated the introduction of traditional musical instruments in the digital era to the students.
