Abstract
Indonesian oil and gas needs continue to increase, all of which are inversely proportional to oil and gas production which is always decreasing, one of the efforts to increase production is by EOR injection, one of the EOR injections is polymer injection. In this study we will use FP3300S polymer with a concentration of 500ppm, 750ppm, 1,000ppm, 1,250ppm, 1,500ppm, 1,750ppm, 2,000ppm, 2,250ppm and 2,500ppm. The purpose and objective of this study was to determine the effect of polymer concentration on increased viscosity, determine effect of polymer concentration on polymer screening (compatibility, filtration, screen factor, thermal stability), and to find out how the results of polymer injection, the higher the study found. polymer concentration the higher the viscosity where the highest at the polymer concentration of 2,500ppm with 19,38cp, the viscosity needed by the polymer as the injection fluid is the polymer viscosity greater than 2X the oil viscosity to be injected, where the oil viscosity is 5,2cp. then while in polymer screening it is found that the higher polymer concentration is not necessarily good for screening polymers, and polymer inclusions have been shown to increase recovery factor, recovery factor obtained at 51.5% water injection and polymer injection is 23.1%, before injection really need to be on do screening first, in order to get the most optimal concentration to be injected.

Abstract
The function of drilling mud is to lift drill cuttings to surface while maintaining condition in drilling hole. The purpose of this study was to determine ability to lift cutting in oil drilling wells using Cutting Transport Ratio, Cutting Concentration and Cutting Carrying Index methods. In drilling operations there are two important things must be considered in the wellbore cleaning, namely pumps and drilling mud rheology. Penetration formation layer will result in cutting due to chisel that erodes the rock so that if left unchecked it can accumulate at the bottom borehole. The speed of flow of sludge fluid is flowed, the flow pattern in circulation of sludge, and ability to lift the cutting in well are affected by mud pump to determine flow rate of pump. In addition to the value of rheology of sludge such as plastic viscosity and yield point values of mud density also affect the performance of the sludge to be a medium for lifting drill bits. Provisions on the method for lifting the cutting with the Cutting Transport Ratio method must have a value of> 90%, the Cutting Concentration method has a value of <5%, and Cutting Carrying Index has a value of 1.

Abstract
In Tofus micro and medium enterprises, there is one traditional activity that is conducted repeatedly, called the cutting process. This cutting process is done by using a kitchen knife which makes it not efficient and can cause fatigue for operators. In addition, there is also the possibility of different sizes of tofu pieces because there is no measuring tools to cut it. This is because operators just follow the mold flow on the tofu. This study is aimed to make a product plan for tofu cutting tools. The Analytical Hierarchy Process was used as a research method in this study. This method begins with conducting interviews regarding the choices in level 1, 2 and 3 actions to several respondents. The respondents must choose and give an assessment on a scale of 1 to 9. The result taken from a variety of alternative solutions, which is made based on requirements specifications, is that the product of the tofu cutting tool is selected with materials made of pine wood, strings, handles, naples, and naple bolts. Moreover, the product produced will have a size of 52 x 52 cm2. The product design is based on material and tool specifications to produce a simple design. This is made so that the tofu cutting tool is easy to use as well as low cost.

Abstract
Minimum mileage and maximization of utilities will help the product distribution process to be optimal. Soft drink companies in the city of Medan have problems in distributing products to consumers who are not on time. This is related to the lack of regulation of product distribution channels by the company. Therefore this research was conducted to optimize product distribution routes in order to minimize distribution costs. With the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) method, it will combine several closest distribution routes and improve the route sequence. Then the development of sub-routes that are formed from the travel time and utility of transportation equipment used. Formation of sub-routes is still done manually while increasing the order of sub-routes is done by using the Software Quant System (QS) version 3.0. and produce minimum mileage on each sub-route. 6 sub-routes are carried out in one week and are served by 1 transportation car with a capacity of 220 crates. The proposed sub-route is 171 km shorter than the available sub-routes, thus shortening the travel time by 302 minutes to transport the product and save transportation costs of Rp. 68800, - (per week).

Departement of Information System UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta
Abstract
Researchers often use interpretative data analysis to test questionnaires by confirming the results of statistical analysis, but the researchers did not elaborate comprehensively how confirmation was made. Most use statistical analysis techniques only to test and assess questionnaires. In addition, interpretive confirmation is common for experienced researchers when conducting research, in contrast to novice researchers who have problems confirming the interpretive results of the questionnaire. This study explains how to combine statistical and interpretative analysis with testing the IT implementation questionnaire on HEI. The aim is to assess the questionnaire using statistics and interpret the results of statistical analysis. This finding can help researchers to test questionnaires; confirmation results can be a consideration and knowledge to revise the questionnaire.

Abstract
Evaluation activities are essential to be conducted to measure the effectiveness level of the ICT-based learning process in colleges, including also specifically for health colleges. Evaluation models that are often used to measure ICT-based learning effectiveness in health colleges are formative-summative models. However, reality shows that the evaluation model is not effective. The problems solving to overcome that problem is to develop a new evaluation model in the form of CIPP (Context-Input-Process-Product) model based on SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) so that it can show the assessment accuracy level to ICT-based learning quality aspects. This study purpose was to know the initial design of the CIPP model based on SAW. This research uses the Borg & Gall development method, which focuses on the model design phase. Subjects involved in designing this evaluation model were three peoples with academic classifications in the fields of information technology, educational evaluation, and health. The research results showed that there was a clear evaluation model design using CIPP evaluation components and SAW methods in conducting learning evaluation.

Abstract
The research grant is carried out with a quality assurance cycle that involves the research group to produce the research outcomes such as publication, books, or other intellectual property. However, there are problems regarding the distribution of honorariums from the rest of the budget so that they are fair according to the contributions of each researcher. Therefore, this study established the algorithm to produce the fairness index of honorarium distribution based on the researchers contribution. The index was built on the input which is a manifestation of research quality assurance cycle and implemented in pseudocode and flowchart. A simulation of three conditions that showed different contributions from each researcher was carried out with accurate results.

Abstract
A hospital is a labor-intensive organization that requires many personnel and professions from various disciplines. Employees are one of the determinants of the success of a company. One way that agencies use to obtain qualified employees is by making a selection at the time of employee recruitment. The problem that is often encountered is that part-time employee selection is done manually so that it is less efficient and accurate in the selection process. Decision support systems with the TOPSIS method are considered suitable to assist the personnel section of the public hospital in selecting prospective part-time employees. TOPSIS is a multicriteria decision-making method based on a concept where the chosen alternative has the closest distance from a positive ideal solution and also has the farthest distance from a negative ideal solution. The completion criteria applied to the selection of employees include the results of written tests, psychological tests, health tests, and interviews. The results of the tests show that the TOPSIS method can be used well in selecting and sorting from the largest to the smallest value with an accuracy rate of 85% in the amount of 20 data.

Abstract
The Fruits and vegetables are commercial commodities that are high in demand, recently. However, pest attacks are the main cause of crop failure. The common activity of farmers is that they spend their time just to filter vegetables that are still using manual systems. By using an automatic watering system with a soil moisture sensor and a temperature sensor based on Fuzzy Logic can provide water to vegetables according to their needs. In the practical, the Chinese Greens Cabbage have been watered with automatic systems. The results show that automatic watering systems have better production than manual watering systems. The soil moisture sensor output produces a low or high output. When heating the soil 80%, it shows moist soil conditions and when soil moisture is 40%, the soil conditions produce dry output. Based on the testing that has been done, it is obtained that the ideal temperature that allows vegetables to grow is 24 Celsius, soil moisture level of 27%, with a duration of 30 seconds watering. As a result, the automation systems promises for the cultivation of vegetable plants around the home living.
