Obtaining pareto front with NSGA-II in multi-attribute automated negotiation
Aodah Diamah

UNJ

Abstract

In multi-attribute automated negotiation, maximizing negotiation outcome can be regarded as a multi-objective optimization problem. The objectives are to maximize each negotiator gain expressed as their preferences. A negotiation outcome is evaluated based on the outcome distance to the Pareto front of all the possible negotiation solutions. Pareto front is the collection of solutions that can no longer be improved in one objective without compromising another objective. Therefore Pareto front plays an important role in examining negotiation outcomes. In cases where possible negotiation solutions are too large, it is computationally inefficient to find this front exhaustively by comparing all solutions. To this end, evolutionary algorithm has been used to approximate Pareto front. In this paper we aimed to obtain Pareto front using an evolutionary algorithm called non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA II). Results using two different negotiation settings show that Pareto front obtained with NSGA II are very close to the true Pareto front.

Abstract

Researchers have done research on information systems before; because, the breadth of studies about IS. [1], [2] is an example of a study on how to measure Information System Success by testing instrument factors. Some researchers can produce different judgments regarding the success of implementation of IS; this is because the first definition of success of each researcher is changed, the two perspectives on success assessment, the three variables used, the four implementations in different environments. Several models can be used as references to assess the success of IS, Delone and McLean are examples that are widely used as references, which use six variables in measuring IS implementation. From the model used, later there will be a gap in determining the model, and this becomes an opportunity for the development of the model as follows. The development of models to measure information system success can be done by adoption, adaptation, and combination. This is legitimately valid as long as the development of the model is accompanied by supporting theories. The purpose of literature review can provide an overview of related to the method of previous researchers. Then it can be used as a framework for solving problems.

Abstract

The Immigration Office is one of the public service offices that has many activities carried out. These activities are often covered and published in the form of news articles. The news that has been published is very much making it difficult to find the desired news. One way to search is by ranking. Ranking is one branch of knowledge from information retrieval. Information retrieval is to find material (usually documents) from a collection of unstructured data (usually text) to meet the information needs of a large collection. One method of searching documents is to use Vector Space Model (VSM). VSM uses a concept found in linear algebra, namely vector space. Based on the concept used, document modeling was developed to search the required documents. Column vector representation is used in converting input documents. Another concept used is to know the closeness between two vectors, namely by calculating the amount of angle formed between two vectors and then sorted from data that has the smallest to the largest angles that indicate the order of ranking data from the most relevant to not relevant. One of the weighting algorithms is the tf-idf algorithm which is influenced by the frequency of occurrence of words in each online document and the frequency of online documents that have the word. In this study explained the visualization of VSM in searching documents on news about immigration in the East Nusa Tenggara region.

Abstract

Autograder is used to measure source code quality based on blackbox testing. It will compare source code execution result with existing test cases and generate grade based on comparation result. Autograder can be used in college to help lecturer to test students skill in programming. It can be applied in laboratory or online course so students can use it to test their skill. Most of autograder use centralized architecture which it just execute and grade only one request at a time so if students submit their code to test, it will create a long queue and can risk highly to cause timeout because of long queue and unexecuted request. In this paper, we propose to apply distributed architecture for autograder to reduce queue and lower the risk for unexecuted request that can cause error in grading.

Active users in online classes for one semester are 94% with a variety of activities in it, starting from the role of students using teaching materials provided by lecturers, utilizing discussion forums to work on understanding questions or just discussions between lecturers and students, or students with other students.
Research begins with conducting a needs analysis and design to define student needs in online learning based on learning outcomes in the course. The results of the analysis are in the form of design content that will be further designed according to the research and development method. The finished learning design is then validated by several experts, namely software development expert, and learning experts so as to produce a blended learning model.
The results of the study show that online learning design needs are very high.

Abstract

Key-based security is still the most widely used form of security today with a key distribution process between senders and receivers that is commonly perform and also it is a classic problem in cryptography where key must be share to other parties (sender or receiver) and its maybe known when third parties do sniffing process or man in the middle attack. Three-Pass Protocol is one solution that can be used to overcome the problem of key distribution, because the sender and receiver can encrypt and decrypt without need to exchange keys. Security in Three-Pass Protocol uses XOR logic so that the resulting ciphertext will be very easy to decrypt by those who are not responsible, to improve data security in the Three-Pass Protocol process which is use Caesar Cipher and Vigenere Cipher algorithms in the encryption and decryption process in the Pass Protocol scheme, and ciphertext encryption results are quite difficult to read and require a long time to decrypt them.

Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang

Abstract

Most of the encyclopedias that are available are in the form of printed encyclopedia. However, the number of online encyclopedias is still limited and generally, they are not too interesting to be read by students since they tend to load information about unfamiliar animals for students. This paper seeks to describe the use of local wisdom based electronic encyclopedia as a learning media in the Science subject in Elementary school. The finding showed that the use of online encyclopedia triggers students to be more motivated and enthusiastic to learn during the learning process. The familiar contents and concepts given made a more meaningful learning process for students.

Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo

Abstract

UMSIDA Eprints is a repository of student and lecturer publication documents at the Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University (UMSIDA). The collection of documents is still random and the search can only detect from the title keywords. The increasing culture of writing and research makes it possible for more and more documents as literature. Documents in Eprints are grouped by subject provided by the repository manager and grouped by the admin who uploaded the document. Automatic document grouping can be done by grouping documents based on the contents of the document using the Information Retrieval (IR) approach.
The retrieval process is carried out by document processing with tokenization to obtain data tokens, the data tokens are processed through a stemming process to obtain the stem value of each word. The stem value is processed using the indexing process and word stem to get sentence indexes through the weighting process. The index results stored in the database become document variables that are the features or characteristics of each document. The index of all documents is grouped through the Kmeans Genetic Algorithm (GA-Kmeans) by determining the similarity of the document or the proximity of the centroid with the index of each data. The cluster data will be in accordance with the groups grouped from the closest distance to the cluster.

Abstract

The existence and purpose of mosque is important in Islam. In mosque, there is some activities related to religius and social life. Although mosque identically used as center of religion activity, but there is some potencies can be utilized from mosque such as, economy, education, sosial, etc. The main idea of this research is to design an electronic catalog so people can map the information about mosque potencies. In this paper, we use rational Unified Process (RUP) for research staging and Unified Modelling Language (UML) as modeling tool. Result of this research is an electronic catalog application which can provide the mapping of information about mosque potencies and activities related to mosque accurately. We hope with this electronic calatog, people can be more aware to potencies, function, and impact of mosque to social life around it.
